It wasn't long ago that co-owners Mike and Jamie were working as firefighters in northern Alberta, roasting coffee on a camp fire to fuel their daily grind.
Flash forward a few years and Jamie and Mike now roast out of the Snowden Block in Calgary's Ramsey district.
We chose to feature their Grizzly roast as a fine example of their craftsmanship - a medium roast that hits all the right notes.
